I need help logging in
To login to your account: go.changemaker.app
Sign in with your username and password.
If you need to reset your password, click the "Forgot Password" button.
I want to pause or cancel my donation.
You can pause, cancel, or adjust your change round-up at any time.
Login to your account using this link: go.changemaker.app
If you have a parent account, click the blue "My donation" button and scroll down to the "Settings" section.
If you have a donor account, scroll down to the "Settings" section on your dashboard.
If you select the "edit" button, you can adjust your minimum and maximum, change your amount, or switch to a different type of donation.

If you select the "pause" button, you will pause your account until you wish to reactivate your donation again.

If you select the "cancel" button, you will cancel your donation.
*Please note* There is no way to restart the donation. Cancelling is a permanent action.
I have a question about a charge to my account
If you have a question about a charge to your account, you can login to your account to see your donation history and make adjustments to a donation if needed.
Login to your account: go.changemaker.app
If you have a parent account, click the blue "My donation" button and scroll down to the "Donation History" section.
If you are a donor, on your dashboard, scroll down to the "Donation History" section.
In the "Donation History" section, you can see every donation you have made since signing up.
If you would like to make any adjustments to your donation, you can edit, pause, or cancel your donation in the "Settings" section just above the "Donation History" section.
If you select the "edit" button, you can adjust your minimum and maximum, change your amount, or switch to a different type of donation.

Can I add multiple credit cards?
You can’t add multiple cards to the same account. If you’d like to add another credit card, you would need to create a new Changemaker account for it. Each card has its own secure portal and is treated as an additional Changemaker. If you wish to give more without adding another card, you can set a minimum and maximum donation amount, or you can switch to a recurring monthly donation. Can I change my donation amount?
Yes, you can update your donation amount at any time.

Select the "edit" button, then Manage you Round-up button.
Drag the sliders to set your minimum and maximum amounts, then click Confirm to save your settings.

Can I switch to a monthly donation?
Yes, you can change your donation at any time.

Click the "Edit" button, then select Switch to Monthly Donation
Enter your preferred amount, then click Save to confirm.
